RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase from Recover but if anything isn’t right then we will be happy to help. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange your item.
Our products are packaged carefully to protect them during transit but occasionally damages can occur. We will replace or offer refunds for products damaged in transit if photo evidence of damage is provided within 7 days of delivery. We cannot refund or replace any item that has been used. To qualify for refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, the team will notify you via email. Refunds will only be issued to items deemed unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
If your refund is approved, we will automatically credit back your account to the original payment method used. This can be expected within 30 days.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded, only regular priced items will be accepted.
Items will only be replaced if they are damaged or defective. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanged items will be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD dependent on where you live and shipping times will vary.
If your items are above the value of £50 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
We will not be responsible for any fees incurred for return shipping and shipping costs are non-refundable.
